I had my first appointment with Jas in February 2024 after she was suggested by my sister. I have always struggled with never feeling full and also wanted to focus on reducing my anxiety and improving my sleep. During my consultation Jas explained some things I could change in my diet as well as some lifestyle changes and supplements that would help me work towards my goals. I then had a follow-up appointment 3 months later to check in on my progress and see what was working for me. Now a year on I feel like a completely different person, meeting Jas was genuinely life-changing and I credit her with fixing my relationship with food. We focused on making small sustainable changes and now a year later my diet is much higher in protein and fibre and keeps me full all day but I still enjoy the foods I want to with no restriction.
