I attended Jas’s workshop on gut health and left feeling truly inspired - not just be what I learned, but also be Jas’s incredible energy. In a world where health advice is everywhere, it’s refreshing to meet someone who is genuinely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend Jas and will definitely be signing up for her next workshops.

If you’ve been feeling tired, wired, foggy, struggling with weight changes, anxious, or simply “not quite yourself”… your thyroid may be playing a far greater role than you realise.

Join Naturopathic Nutritionist Jas Johal for an in-depth, small-group masterclass designed to help you understand your thyroid clearly and confidently.

What We’ll Cover:

• What the thyroid actually does — and why it affects nearly every system in the body
• Understanding T4, T3 and reverse T3 (clearly explained)
• Why “normal” blood results don’t always mean optimal
• Common but overlooked thyroid symptoms
• Key nutrients required for healthy thyroid function
• Lifestyle factors that quietly disrupt balance
• Practical, evidence-informed strategies you can begin implementing immediately

Why This Session Is Different

This is an intentionally small group (maximum 15 attendees) to allow space for discussion and questions.

You will receive:
• A professionally structured educational session
• Clear explanations without medical jargon
• Time for Q&A
• A calm, supportive environment
• Practical guidance you can refer back to

You’ll leave with clarity, reassurance, and tangible next steps.

Early Booking Gift – Moon Milk Blend

The first 8 attendees to secure their space will receive an exclusive sample-size pot of my signature Moon Milk Tea(approximately 6 servings). This calming blend with turmeric, cinnamon and cardamom has been thoughtfully created to support restful evenings and balanced energy — a gentle extension of the thyroid and metabolic support we’ll be discussing during the masterclass. Each pot will be prepared in small batches and gifted on the day.

Spaces are limited and booking is essential.

Time well spent, cooking delicious, tasty, healthy food, helped every step of the way by Jas; a charming, friendly and very knowledgeable young lady, full of fun and happy to share her vast knowledge of Indian food … if you get the chance to join a class, don’t hesitate. You won’t regret it. We all had such a great time, swapping stories and friendly banter, finishing off with eating what we cooked with some take home too!! What could be better.
